« The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination. »

« The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

« We were passing through on a road trip and stopped here due to its location. Our group had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We’ve been to the area many times but this was the first time staying here. While we asked more than once and they said our rooms were side by side, they weren’t but were close enough. The place was clean and each room had plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff was pleasant and warm and the breakfast was hot with many choices. Since our time was short we weren’t able to use...

« Lots of dirty spots sheets had rip and sewed back together. Pool had bugs on other and ice cold. Over all not a very clean establishment. Breakfast was ok. Bananas over ripe- black spots, bruised apples. Over cooked waffles according to timer »
