« We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. »

« my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. « The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). « My wife, our dog, and myself had a wonderful time at the cottage. We were looking for a quiet 4th of July and we got that and more. Frank is a great host. Perfect communication, friendly, and accessible. We had nice walks through the neighborhood and we explored Sutter Creek and Plymouth with some dog friendly wineries.We highly recommend Frank and the cottage for your stay! »

« Beautifully decorated property with lots of amenities. Lots of attention to small details like half and half in the refrigerator, plush oversize towels in the bath and snacks in the kitchen made for a pleasant stay. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. »

« The cabin was in a quiet area, very relaxing, easy walk to the river on private property. The owners left a free bottle of wine and it was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, seasonings, and a barbecue. there was a nice area for the dog to be able to run around and play in. They had movies available books and games, indoor and outdoor. »

« Great clean and comfortable house. We will definitely stay again when we come back. Everything was easy to use and had everything we needed for our quick weekend trip. Only drawback is the extremely steep driveway. If there is snow, I don't know how anyone would get up that driveway and there is no other area to park if you can't make it up. Just be cautioned if trying to go during inclement weather. »
