« Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back . »

« Everything we needed for our short break car parking a bonus we never used the car . Ferry and bus close by train station in Teignmouth,and places to eat nearby . The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay. »

« A stunning home. Fabulous views. Beautifully appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen and living area that had the best sea views. The gym was really well equipped and a great bonus. The garden is enclosed and was perfect for our dog too. Outside patios and balconies made the most of some great weather. »

« We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast. »

Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little...

« It was a beautiful cottage, just what we hoped for. The dogs were also made welcome and we were very grateful for the fan as the weather was baking. The scones, jam and clotted cream, eggs and milk were also very welcome and the owners were delightful, even though one of our dogs was grumpy and barked whenever they were about!!! Couldn't recommend this xottage enough. »
