There were many disappointments and on their own it would not have been enough for us to seek another location but when we discovered the pool was closed we informed the owner of our disappointment and our intent to leave. I realize we live in a Covid-world now, but communication is key. Tell us the pool is closed so we can make an informed decision. The ...

„Great property. My only negative comments are the mosquitoes outside of the dome. But we kept the opening closed. The sheets were clean but dingy. I suggest you don't use those in the future.“

„Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .. ...

„This was an amazing stay for me and my family. This was a short notice booking, and we had difficulty finding lodging in Playa Del Carmen. We had to leave a place that was already booked due to lack of A/C. Steffen and Wendy were so welcoming and offered local places to visit. I have traveled the world with my family, and for me and my parents this was one of the best places we have stayed. I definitely will book again.“
