„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

Staff was very friendly at the biffet and took great care of us when we checked in. Adrian at the pool and Rolando at the buffet restaurant were both standouts to us. It is clear they enjoy working with people and take great pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. Would highly recommend for families and ideal for adults only as well. “
