« Siamo stati ospiti di questo meraviglioso Hotel nel mese di gennaio 2026 e non riusciamo a trovare una nota negativa…atmosfera accogliente,pulizia eccellente,cortesia top sin dalla reception. I camerieri del ristorante molto gentili e cortesi,attenti a qualsiasi richiesta…ciliegina sulla torta ,una meravigliosa SPA rigenerante dopo una giornata trascorsa sulla neve. Non è assolutamente da meno il servizio mini club,che ci ha permesso di trascorrere qualche ora di spensieratezza…il nostro bambino...

« We arrived early and David’s was so nice to meet up with us for check in early and immediately gave us an upgrade room with a wonderful view of the town and nearby mountains. Our room was spacious with natural light and a great balcony, the beds were comfortable. The location was accessible to both shopping and restaurants. I need to point out that both Davide and Enzo were such great host and really made us feel comfortable and welcome, such nice people! I wanted to let Enzo know we made it...

« Both rooms we rented had a very strong moldy smell. If we had another option we would have left Most of the plugs in the room didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. I seen an employee in the hall and let him know. He came in and looked and left and never came back. They knew and just didn’t care. The door knob kept sticking and we got stuck in the room and couldn’t call the front desk. My husband finally got it to work. Overall the smell was so bad iit was unbearable If we just rented one room...
