„We found this property excellent - super clean, beautifully fitted out and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We needed easy access. Only downside was the road is quite noisy.“

„The house was very clean and tidy with plenty of space inside and outside for a family. It is close to beaches and to Takaka. Although it doesn’t have wifi or TV, there is a screen you can hook a device into and a PS3 with games. The only down side is that the road is a bit noisy at times, but it’s not very busy “

„Great modern place that suited us. Easy walk to the beach. The cleaners were fantastic and came back with extras that were missing (body washing for the showers and washing up liquid). They also order more water for us too!“

„Very comfortable and spacious home, immaculate and beautifully appointed with every amenity. No details overlooked, especially in the bathrooms (heated floors, lighted mirrors, etc). Jonathon was an excellent host and incredibly responsive. Very nice, central location for the northern region. Quick 10 minute drive to Nelson, but also some great restaurants and shopping nearby in Richmond itself.“

„Julia’s property at Ligar Bay is fantastic. While we didn’t have the best weather over our 3 day stay the place was a great haven for us to cook at home and have some wine with the wood burning fire or watching a movie. We were able dip in the sea at the bottom of the road and it’s just a quick drive to great walks like Wainui Falls! We also drove an hour to the other side of Abel Tasman to boat in Kaiteriteri - beautiful spot! Overall a great stay at Golden Bay! “
