We enjoyed the space and the beach access however the home was not clean and we had several issues.The home had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The stair handles and chair backs were sticky with thick sticky build up. The floors though out the home with not clean with cobwebs and toys under the furniture. The shower curtain was moldy.In the main living area there was a small refrigerator with the back facing dining room. Not safe with children to have the wires and electronics exposed. Several rails on loft are broke which is a safety issue.Appliance issues. 1. The dishwasher would constantly stop mid-cycle multiple times leaving us with unclean dishes. We tried to hand wash the dishes but there was only 3 dishtowels in the kitchen of a house that houses up to 18 people. 2. The dryer took 2-3 full cycles at the longest times dry settings to dry one average load.We tried other settings and found the same issue.The kitchen in on the 4th level from the entry, There is an elevator and instructions for its use but it does not work. So we had to haul up the food and coolers up all those stairs.The were plenty of beds to sleep up to 18 people however we could not find blankets for any of the trundles that were not made up. There was a linen closet on the 3 rd level from entry with plenty of sheets and towels but no blankets.The beach view was very nice! We just wished it had been clean.
