« Great views and a great space for a larger family gathering. There is some minor issues with furniture and outdoor seating. But the location and space helps those stay minor issues. There is wifi issues. We had issues everyday. So if you are trying to work you will want a personal hotspot. Had to use our hotspots to watch TV. But again the location made these minor. Our grandchildren had a blast from the first day until the last one. »

« Our group of 8 adults, kiddos and fur babies really enjoyed this house. Plenty of space to spread out. The kid room housed the family and although the top bunks are squeaky and mattresses not the best for adults , the room really suited their needs. All the other beds were ok, firm. « Place was very clean, cute and reasonably well stocked. While I would not hesitate to stay there again I would recommend a few things to make it better.You need a shower caddy for shampoo, soap, etc. You either have set it on floor, outside shower or window ledge outside shower. Not ideal.There is only one small frying pan, barely big enough to fry one egg and it does not have a lid.Fridge does not have an ice maker which is okay. « I didn’t have a need to communicate with the owner, thus the 3 score. The property was clean and bright and smelled of fresh paint. Stocked with what we needed. Couldn’t get the TV in the kitchen to work. We didn’t stay our last three nights here as we really wanted to be in Newport. I would stay again but not for a week. »
