« It was a lovely, comfortable house, and we really enjoyed our time at the beach! »

« Our overall stay was amazing. The home and amenities were sparkling clean and oh-so-cute! The beach was the best of the 3 beaches we visited. The jetty was decorated with sea stars, urchins, anemones, muscles, and sea gulls. Seals made appearances below. Beachtime led to a rinse in yhe shower, languishing in the hot tub, then snuggling on the super-comfy sofa to watch a movie. Great location! A couple minoe cleaning and maintenance issues were all that kept this from being a perfect score...we...

« The property was just over the dunes from the beach…exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect space for the 3 of us. If we were going to Rockaway Beach again, I would try to rent this same property. »

The bathroom is a little tight but it had everything we needed and the shower heads were a nice touch. We loved cooking here. It feels much more family cabin and not cookie cutter vacation rental at all. »

« Está bien la propiedad pero para el precio considero que está un poco caro la secadora De ropa no funcionaba aunque hicieron un reembolso de $50 ,un quemador de la estufa no funcionaba de lo contrario y dentro de lo que cabe estaba limpio sólo un poco descuidado me gustó que tenía muchas toallas Disponibles para usarlas, Realmente la casa está muy grande Tienes cinco habitaciones ,está bien para Que la renten dos familias o hasta tres si son pequeñas Pagué $600 por dos noches!!! »

« Aside from the difficulty in acquiring access. The key code did not work at all. We were able to contact the property manager and were able to use the keys from the key lock. The home was amazing and perfect. Loved that the TV was not in the downstairs living area. The views were incredible. »

« We enjoyed being together. Access to the beach was ideal. Lots of fun playing games and plenty of space and time for people to choose their own activities.The gas grill was horribly greasy and dirty but we cleaned it and had great grilled chicken, hamburgers and salmon. »

We appreciated all of the amenities that were provided—from a well-stocked kitchen to creature comforts like nice towels. Although we didn’t really use the lower level, it appears that the offerings on there would provide for hours of family entertainment. We hope to stay there again sometime! »

« Spent a weekend here right after NYE and had a lovely time. Nice house with a well-equipped kitchen. Close to a good beach access. Really great spot for a wheelchair user— amazing spacious shower and big bathroom made it comfortable for a wheelchair user in our group. Will be back! »

« We stayed for 3 nights. The view is the best part of the house. When the tide is high, it almost feels like the waves are about 90 feet away. Definitely will stay again.again. again. »

« This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...
