« Had a fantastic stay at the pondside cabin. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Cabin was lovely, clean and full of thoughtful amenities. Enjoyed taking the kayak out for spin and wildlife watching (the hummingbirds were probably sick of me!) Thank you Dawn & co. for a great week! »

« It was a charming cottage in dreamy surroundings! We loved our week in the very comfy cabin with great kitchen, dock with kayaks, beautiful grounds and flowers, and trail into town to see the shipyard, sailboats, and quaint Main Street. It was also great fun to have our dog with us and throw the frisbee on the expansive lawn. »

« I loved the cottage -- very simple, relaxing, in a remote waterfront location. To me: a cottage. To my partner: a shack...but very nice shack. « We very much enjoyed this well-located and appointed cottage and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner to a request for grilling materials and the Guest Contact for her responsiveness. Two minor concerns: a stove with oven would have expanded our food prep options, and finding the address on GPS was impossible - only after calling her did Contact email a special map to show us how to get to the cottage. »

« We had the best time. Ryan our host was kind and quick to respond. We had family visit us for dinner and we were all able to make use of the game room, outdoor fire pit and the great dock. « A beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, and friendly local dogs. »

« This is a beautiful property with so many areas to enjoy the weather. We loved watching the lobster boats and wildlife. The evenings were spent drinking coctails beside the firepit. A great place to spend a week in the heat of the summer. »

The pond was great for swimming and taking out the canoe. The house was well appointed and lovingly maintained with just the necessities needed for our week long stay. « Amazing spot! Simple, quiet, with a sprinkle of local lobster boats humming by. Perfect weather highlighted the sky, the water and the sunsets. I put away the phone (unreliable internet) opened up a good book, visited the nearby sand beach for a cold plunge, and took in some local theater. This place is a gift for the soul. »
