The property is amazing and such a good location. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. For those of you nervous about parking, it really is easy to find parking on the side streets and walk to the property. Even on a busy weekend.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn't have been better. The Orca is absolutely gorgeous and within walking distance of so many charming downtown restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It was the perfect home base for exploring everything the area had to offer. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay that's right in the heart of a vibrant downtown, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unfortunately, though the host assured me he had communicated on his other listings for his unit that there was no on-site parking, the listing through expedia had listed that there was parking on-site. It required a hasty drop off of our items, and had to walk about 10 minutes away any time I used the car. All that said, it was a wonderful place, very old sort of ship-chic, nicely decorated, had all that we could need. The unique location does not have a lot of cars around so it was understandable not having parking but shame on expedia for not being accurate.

Great walking and distance and close location to other towns (Salem, Boston, Glouster,etc) Fan favorite was Roy Moores..ate there almost everyday. Halibut Point State Park is right up the road and a beautiful hike

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Orca. It was clean and comfortable. Better yet, it is right in Bear Neck. The ambiance was wonderful mixing the old with the new.

Location, location, location!

This nautical inspired apartment had tons of character and couldn’t have had a better location. A coffee shop was just steps outside the front door along with all the charming shops and restaurants of Rockport’s Bearskin Neck. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family location

Our family had a great stay at the Orca! Wonderful location with walk ability around town and just a short drive to other excursions. The perfect set up for our family with 2 kids. Matt was prompt with responses and was able to help us with whatever was needed. If we visit Rockport again, we will be back to this spot!

Favorite rental to date!

We LOVED our stay at the Orca and this property is our favorite to date! The Bearskin Neck area so neat. Theres so much to do, yet it’s quaint and peaceful. The Orca had everything we needed and communication with the property manager was amazing. We loved the decor and vibe and hope to stay there again soon!

Perfect for a weekend

Stayed with our two kids. Loved the quaint space, had everything we need for a short stay. The location can’t be beat, a quick walk to the ocean, lots of shops nearby. Only downside is parking is not directly near property, but we didn’t have issues finding parking nearby.

Wicked Place!

What an awesome aka WICKED step back in time at The Orca and with every modern convenience. I really enjoyed my stay! The JAWS touch for a huge fan like myself was great. Great place to relax and soak in the NE Charm and the area is soaked in rich history.

1st time in Mass

My son and I had a great time . He wanted to see Salem and I didn’t want to stay in Salem . Found this beautiful area . 30 min from Salem by car . Loved the apartment the rustic look appealed to me . The location was fantastic. The shop owners were amazing and offered any information they had .
