Location and house are nice BUT, when my family got there Friday evening everything was dusty ,so we dusted cleaned table and counters, no big deal. Then we couldn't find the WIFI info to log in so I messaged through VRBO and messaged host to try and get login. They messaged me back saying they would contact me with info as soon as possible. Ok so we waited (my son had an assignment so he needed it). So we did some fishing for a bit then came in to shower around 9:30pm. Turned on the shower and the water smelled sooo bad. Like sewer, rotten eggs. We contacted VRBO AND HOST AGAIN. No one could shower with that water and the whole house stank really bad like rotten eggs. They told me to run the water til it stopped stinking but we ran it for over thirty because it wouldn't stop stinking. Around 2 am we figured it out! It was only the hot water that stank not the cold, so we all took cold showers. On Sat. Morning property manager came to give us info for wifi and couldn't find water heater to check it and left. He did say we should be safe to shower but don't drink the water or use it to brush teeth or cook. OK so he left, we then tried the wifi and it didn't work so we left to go to McDonald's to get WiFi for my son. And messaged them again saying it doesn't work. Sat evening they sent another login, and messaged me to see if it worked on Sunday, but we had checked out already. We had a a very stressful time here and no one even apologized for everything that happened.
