The house was better than the listing in my opinion. We had a family weekend (6 adults & 2 children) with plenty of room and the amenities were amazing. Our favorites were the bathrooms, the game room (with a Bluetooth speaker and microphone), and the commercial kitchen for us to cook our days catch. The large outdoor area was great to play catch with the kids. Plenty of room to sleep a large group and the beds were very comfortable. The house is just off the highway and easy to spot. Big box stores (HEB & Walmart) are about a 10 minutes drive each way. You can be at Fulton Pier in 15, and a beach in Port Aransas in about an hour via the ferry.The only reason for the four star rating would be for a few unwanted guests during our stay (a la pests). We had to deal with a few wolf spiders, cockroaches, and some ants in and around the kitchen which had us throw out quite a bit of food. I would recommend a good pest control treatment around the entire property. Given the overall experience I would recommend and would consider booking again on my next trip to the coast.
