Upon arrival I noticed hair all over the main bathroom floor & the fridge water dispenser water filter needed replaced. We sent photos of said issues and got an apology. On the listing it states life vests are available for rental during stay. Nowhere did it say how we rent them. Which is online and pickup is 45 min away from property. „The house, kitchen, bedrooms and grounds were in excellent condition. We had my son,his wife and 4 grandchildren. It was really great that we could have the kids downstairs. There is nothing that needed improvement. We will be going back next year. PS the hosts are wonderful to rent from!“

„Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. „Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Eingangshalle ist sehr geraeumig und freundlich besonders fuer Familien (grosses Schachbrett und Sofa mit riesigem Fernseher). Die Zimmer sind gross genug und verfuegen ueber eine Cafemaschine, Kuehlschrank und Mikrowelle. Es wird jeden Tag Seife und Shampo zur Verfuegung gestellt. „Communication from host was fantastic! We stayed in the winter season for a conference so we didn't spend to much time at the unit. Check In / Lock was easy. No hiccups. Would be a fun place to stay during summer / warmer season to take advantage of lake and deck opportunities. “
