„My family and I rented this property for a short getaway. In addition to my parents and 15 year old brother, my husband and I also had our 3 kids (3,1 and 2 months). The house was clean and smelt great when we walked in. There were ample kitchen tools which made cooking a breeze. The property felt modern and updated. „Listen, I’m not one to give reviews. This place was amazing! It was clean, inviting, well decorated, had all the amenities (Including a disposal and gass stove). It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with ...

It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the game. Also, it was nice having all of us in the same location.“

„It was a quick work trip. But the loft is super nice, easy to access and has a pay parking lot directly across the street. It was 32ish dollars for 24 hours. You will have to carry your bags/suitcase upstairs. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I’d easily rent again for future trips to Knoxville.“

„This was our first time in Knoxville. In short we will be back!!! The apartment was small and organized. It is in the city so there is noise going on outside and you are close to the train tracks. That being said the place does have floor fans to use to squelch out the noise. There is a flight of stairs that you have to take to access the place. Just wanted to put that out there.
