« I spent two weeks in this hotel for a business trip. I’m a disappointed about services in this hotel: no laundry service, no cleaning in the room during all the stay. The only explanation was due to Covid sanitary measures which is a bit uncontroversial when you see the staff with no masks and no respecting the sanitary measures… I’m a bit surprised abou »

« Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again. »

« It was clean and everyone was friendly. »

« No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room »

« Very friendly staff - superb accomodation and food ! When I will next go to Swindon, this is where I will stay again. »

« Apres une petite déception sur la chambre qui avait un lit double au lieu du lit King size demande’, les gens se sont montrés adorables pour nous aider . Très bons produits au petit déjeuner . L’endroit est plein de charme »
