Despite the big road near the hotel, it was no problem to sleep or work, since the window was properly isolated. The AC and the fridge were a bit loud though. The AC had a quiet mode, which worked well during the night, but as soon as the sun rose, the room became hot. There was also no warm water in the beginning. House maintenance fixed it ...

„Need upkeep of the property in general. Rooms are outdated. Need new paint and flooring but staff are polite“

„Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!“

„Very customer friendly. No deposit, no argue about late checkout, room service is helpful. The room is clean but small, bed and bathroom are comfortable. The surroundings is fine, you can reach some bars, restaurants and small shops by feet. No public transport or tricycles in this area, so prepare for taking taxi and grab Always.“

„Es hat alles rundum geklappt: Transfer vom Flughafen, Check In, Lounge etc. Würde wiederkommen. “
