The tornado took out our power, a few windows and a wall. The night manager made everyone feel safe and was just great.

It was a excellent 2 start hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool was relaxing. Quiet. Slept well. Warm cookies were served at night.

I didn’t like the fact that when I checked in the reservation was in my husbands name and they wouldn’t let me check in. Wanted his drivers license. Went to the car and brought it back in and was told he had to check in. Is that standard policy? I make all our travel arrangements and always check in and have never had a problem. Always took my id.

Just off the main street and easy access to a side street. Nice and quiet compared to other hotels in that area. I’d stay there again!

Access to the main road to the left is a little challenging, but the rooms are very comfortable.

Checked in and attempted to stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we saw what appeared to be bloodstains on the carpet. Dirty and dusty room.. food and crumbs all over the room along with hair in the restroom. Beyond disgusted with the condition of the room. Hotel was also under construction due to what front desk said was a water leak.

Staff was friendly ! The hotel was mostly clean but was pretty upset the hotel pool and hot tub were shut down and we found out when we got there. Online says the pool and hot tub inside are open.

The TV in the living room area did not work and the inside window shade for the window was missing. Other than those two items the room was clean and comfortable.

This was just an ok stay. I would choose a different property next time. I had reserved our rooms months ahead of time through Expedia but upon check in were told they ran out of the room type we booked and were given a different one. They said this is because we booked through a third party. I book hotel rooms through Expedia at least a dozen times a year and I've never run into that problem. We also thought breakfast was lacking. It was very basic with no extras thrown in like toppings for oatmeal. The bread products weren't kept refilled so there was only plain white bread each morning even though we came day more than an hour before breakfast was over. The front desk staff was friendly though.

Hide a bed a little uncomfortable but we got upgraded to a suite so not a big complaint especially when it came to storing bikes and needing the extra space

Booked a room of an app. App didnt say anything about the pool, hottub, fitness room, and elevators were out of order. Still had to pay full price for room.

Not bad for the price but could use a refresh. This room had stains on the curtains and carpet and smelled like it had been smoked in at some point. Shower/bath nozzle didn’t fully work. Things like that. But a fine stay.

Property is old & unkept. Water pipes burst before we arrived so some things are understandable like floors 3 & 4 being repaired BUT the elevators were out of order along w/ pool & hot tub. The breakfast was terrible, undercooked eggs, no bagels or muffins to substitute. Door leading to the side parking lot in our hall was broke so anyone could walk in or out without using a key or being a guest. We bring our 2 fur babies every time & have NEVER been charged an extra $100, always staying in “pet friendly” hotels. We paid almost $400 for 2 nights in the crappiest hotel. Per night rate was equivalent to other hotels within a mile. I’ve stayed at 2 others in the vicinity which were great. The nightly rate is way out of line for the accommodations. We’ll never stay at a hotel owned by this company again…EVER!!!!
