We enjoyed the location of the stay. The house was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Really appreciated that it had coffee filters & a little coffee to get you started. And basic spices & such… The hot tub would not get hot enough, but we might have been doing something wrong… The only thing that was frustrating was the check in process. I booked through Vrbo because I have an account there, but then day of check in, to get the door code I had to chick a link & go through another check in process. It was fine but very inconvenient… Over all enjoyed our stay here. Thank you. :)

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The accommodations were great. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The furnishings made it feel like a home away from home, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, including being friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great place for bikers attending BBBBQ Rally

We had 7 guys on Harleys, we're all mid-50's in age, rode up from Austin TX to attend the Bikes Blues and BBQ Rally in Rogers. The place was just perfect! Property owner was very responsive and courteous.

Comfortable and Spacious Lake Home

My family of 13 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this home. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a welcome bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We definitely would stay here again.

Best Stay Ever!

We took a family lake trip and stayed at this gorgeous house and it completely made the whole trip. The proximity to the lake, the gorgeous patio and view, the hot tub, all the space in the house, the comfiest couch, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were just perfect. The house was spotless, communication with the host was quick and kind and always helpful. I also appreciated the understanding with a few mishaps we had on our end. All in all our family of 12 would love to stay there again. There wasn't anything we didn't love about this place!

Awesome Lakehouse

Stayed here for a wedding in Bentonville. Beautiful property near the lake. Feels like you are far away from any crowds but easy drive to Rogers and Bentonville. Plenty of room for a lerge family.

Family getaway!

We had our family stay here over Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and great for multiple people staying together. Kitchen is stocked really well with everything we needed and the short walk to the lake was a daily adventure! We had quick communication with everything we needed from the management company.

Extended Family Getaway

Fantastic house for our extended family group of 14 (11-82 years old)! Plenty of communal space for everyone to spread out, large tv for football watching, & huge table for meals & game playing. VERY well equipped kitchen-only thing missing was more mugs for coffee/hot chocolate. Comfy king beds with 3 bedrooms & 1 walk in shower on the main level for elders. They enjoyed the fireplace while the youngers made good use of the hot tub. Huge props to the cleaning crew as it was spotless! Highly recommend!!

Family gathering

This was a beautiful home and loved the layout of the house for a family reunion. We had a private chef come in to prepare a meal for my husbands 70th birthday and the layout of the kitchen was perfect for him to cook and set up Appetizers and dinner for us! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great adults only get away

We had an amazing time at this home! The house was very clean and well stocked! The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was great for a group of 5 couples to just hang out and spend time together. We rented the home to celebrate a few people’s 40th birthdays and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. I had a few questions for the property manager and received prompt replies back. We rented a pontoon from Prairie Creek Marina which was a short 12 min drive from the home and spent 10 hours on beautiful Lake Beaver. The home is very conveniently located near a boat ramp if you wanted to bring your own boat to launch! I would definitely rent this home again in the future if we return to the area!!!

It was very roomy and a comfortable stay for our family. We definitely made great memories in the home and would consider staying here again. The bedroom with the door leading to the fenced backyard smelled a bit like dog urine and there were a few other areas in the house that had suggested accidents from the past. Luckily we have well-trained dogs that only were very curious. The gas grill propane tank was empty so we had to cook all our meat inside. Overall we had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay.

Family Fishing Trip

The house was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location was perfect with a boat ramp and small beach a few minutes walk. Also close to Rogers making it convenient if you forget anything. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Time

Everything went great, it is just as the photos show it online, check in is super easy, we did a fair amount of cooking and meal prep and everything we needed was provided. The deck while large has a great view of the lake. Short walk to the Lake. Lots of parking. Close to Rogers Cleaning people did a great job and was ready on time. The only comment we had is there is no Wine Glasses but we made some other ones work. We barely made it checking out on time on Sunday, with the Kids so many people (9) 10:00 is a challenge to get through breakfast and everything cleaned up and packed up.

Amazing stay!

Quick Weekend Getaway

Perfect for our family and friends. The home is very spacious with room for teens and adults to spread out and stay comfortable. We'll stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Hot tub was a nice plus. Hope to stay again in the future and bring the boat.
