„The staff was amazing. A cell phone was left in the cab. The young man at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get it returned. He offered us an umbrella on a rainy day. He made recommendations for locations to watch a sporting event we really wanted to see. The room was really clean. Fresh drinking water everyday. „Wonderful property in a a great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. „There were minor glitches with housekeeping and breakfast during our weeklong stay. Each time there was an apology and a correction made immediately. That level of responsive service is refreshing. „Very unpractical check in,they make you sign a multiple page rental contract in paper, including an inventory of the apartment, without even seeing the interior to confirm all items are there. Additionally they make you pay a deposit (eventually to be returned upon check out) - not very practical, in case something is missing and you cannot tell until you already signed and got into the flat.
Overall flat was very well equipped, a courtesy wine bottle, as well as water available. Very nice ...
