Cannot say enough wonderful things about our Roman holiday at this apartment! It was exactly like the pictures, but even better! Communication was excellent, Lorenzo went above and beyond in helping arrange transfers, breakfast, etc. If we come back to Rome, we will try to stay here again.

We stayed here as four couples and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a nice kitchen that worked perfectly for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. A couple of small things to note: a few more towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful, and the air conditioning cut out occasionally. That said, we really enjoyed the apartment and would definitely recommend it!

Property was as described. Walking distance to the Vatican and others tourist sights. The check in was pretty easy. Automatic Entry via an App made it easyfor the 14 of us to move separately and still be able to access the apt independently. Lorenzo was awesome and quickly addressed any concerns we had. He was responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with.

Great Pre-Cruise Stay

This apartment was perfect for our group of 16! Stayed in Rome for 3 days before our Greek Isle Cruise. We stayed with family & friends and the set up of this apartment was top notch. Our host Lorenzo took care of everything for us and even arranged a private breakfast on 2 days in the kitchen area. He also arranged for a shuttle from the airport upon arrival and to our cruise port.We walked around at night and near the Vatican and felt very safe. If we are back in Rome, we will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Family and friends (13 in total) had a great stay. Perfect location for seeing sights, great restaurants and shopping. 6 Rooms with gathering place in kitchen for meals or games. Has 2 patios. We had them (extra) supply breakfast and it was great for a large group. Great communication! Would definitely stay here again.

Fairy-tale Gorgeous

This is a beautiful and perfectly located property. We would come here again. It was worth it. HOWEVER: 1) The mattresses are old and well-less than what most Americans would expect. 2) Check-in needs to be approached with a sense of humor. Hopefully you don't need to use the restroom right away. It's kind of like an escape room. Follow the clues and keep in mind that the key needs to keep turning clock-wise in the door to unlock it. 3) There needs to be a correction to this listing. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST across the street. They do put a few bagged snacks in the kitchenette.

Perfect Family Getaway in the Heart of Rome

We had an amazing stay at this private property from August 9-12! The accommodation was perfect for our group of family and friends, offering plenty of space and comfort. One of the highlights was its fantastic location – just a short walking distance to the stunning Castel de Angelo and the iconic St. Peter's Basilica. We loved being able to explore these magnificent sites at our leisure. Additionally, we discovered a charming gelato place nearby that quickly became our favorite spot for a sweet treat, and a local market where we found fresh produce and delightful Italian goodies. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Rome unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the city with family or friends. Lorenzo, and Ericka was amazing- helped us with our transfers to the airport and answered our questions in timely manner. Even our coffee needs!!! Made our trip stress free.

Great first trip to Rome

This was our first trip to Rome. We came as a family. It was great for everybody to have their own room and for us to have a common area. The breakfast every morning was outstanding and very convenient and the location was great to the Vatican and a little bit of a hike to the Trevi fountain. Working with the management was easy and quick with WhatsApp and I would definitely stay there again when in Rome

Absolutely loved it

Lorenzo is an amazing host, he was there every step of the way to show us all the working parts of the property. The location of the property is amazing, with views of Castle San Angelo on the back patio and minutes away from restaurants and cafes. If you have a large party like we did, 14 of us fit with no issues! I highly recommend staying here! We will be back!! Thank you Lorenzo for such an amazing stay at your beautiful property.

Perfect spot to explore Rome with family

Lorenzo was a fantastic host. Great communication at every stage of the process. Just a minor note: make sure you have a cellular data package upon arrival, otherwise using the web-activated locks to enter the building/apartment will be a problem. The boutique hotel was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Plenty of privacy and comfort for each couple, with beautiful common areas to congregate and escape the heat. The rooms felt luxurious. Couldn't have asked for a better location either. Highly recommend.
