A quelques mètres de la Piazza del Popolo, au coeur de la ville, l'appartement a été récemment rénové.
Grand et lumineux, il se compose de trois chambres, deux doubles et une avec deux lits simples (mais aussi un lit double sur demande), toutes avec salle de bains, salle à manger, salon avec canapé-lit, cuisine et grande terrasse bien entretenue. La cuisine est équipée de tout l'équipement: four ventilé et micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à café Moka et cafetière américaine, bouilloire.
Inclus dans le lave-linge, planche à repasser et fer à repasser.
Les chambres ont des draps et des serviettes. Dans chaque salle de bains, un sèche-cheveux et des articles de toilette gratuits.
Bien meublé, dans le centre de Rome mais calme est idéal pour passer d'agréables moments de détente.
Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'aux coins les plus pittoresques de la ville.

Comme à la maison...nous recommandons vivement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous nous sentons immédiatement bien chez Marta. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants et fonctionner "comme à la maison". Une adresse idéale pour visiter Rome, en plein centre ville. Cerise sur le gâteau : la ravissante terrasse. Marta est parfaite. Seul bémol : les chambres sur rue vivent au rythme de l'activité romaine ... mais petit défaut vite oublié ! Nous sommes déjà nostalgiques... merci Marta !

At one point we cocked up the electrical and Marta was there, on her motorcycle, in 15 minutes and sorted out the problem. A very responsive host of a wonderful apartment with its own garden patio and in such a central part of Rome. Recommended unconditionally Thank you Marta.

Spacious, clean and quiet

Our family of 4 stayed at a few Vrbo rentals while in Italy in March. This was our favourite rental as it was clean, spacious for our family and in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It is only less than 10 minutes walk from many sightseeing spots and walking distance to most other spots. The metro is also a nearby if you choose to take it. We took it once to the Coliseum since our Tour involves 3 hours of walking but we could have easily walked there. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Marta always communicated in a timely manner when we booked our stay. She offered to arrange a cab to pick us up from the airport which we took. After a long flight, having a trusted cab to pick us up made things really easy. Upon arrival, Marta was there to greet us and show us around. She even had snacks which our kids loved and enjoyed throughout our stay. Thanks Marta! Joanna

Marta met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. She left yummy snacks and coffee. The apartment was in a very good location to get to everything from stores to taxi stand. My only recommendation would to have a few more towels with better quality! Marta was amazing the house was comfortable. I highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing apartment

From the time of booking until we left the flat for the airport, everything was streamlined and easy. Great communication. Great air conditioning and an amazing location are only part of what makes this place great. It's a beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace. It made for a perfect few days in Rome to end our Italian adventures.

Very Comfortable and great location!

The apartment is located right off Piazza del Popolo. The metro is close and there are restaurants right there. The apartment is very nice. The three bedrooms are all ensuite. The kitchen and dining rooms are very nice and well stocked. The patio is secluded and very peaceful. There is an elevator after 5 steps. The apartment is on the second floor. Easy to walk up and down with bags. Marta is a great host. We had a medical emergency and she was able to call an ambulance. There was a summer concert series playing in the piazza. It played every evening until midnight. Not much sleeping going on until that is over. Lots of people having fun! Not rowdy.

Little oasis in central Rome

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful apartment situated very close to the Piazza de Popolo. Very convenient location within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Apartment has all the amenities one could wish for. The host was very friendly and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful place in fabulous neighborhood

We had the nicest stay at Marta’s place. The accommodations were very comfortable and there’s an adorable little patio we enjoyed coffee and wine on. Marta was very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is very charming with a very short walk to the Piazza Del Popolo.

Beautiful Property

Our stay was wonderful! Marta was the perfect host helping us right from the begining of our stay. She communicated clearly with us about arrival and departure arrangements. The apartment is centrally located near many fine restaurants and close to numerous tour sites. Great Location, Great Apartment

The apartment was very comfortable with a great terrace. Highly recommended. Three big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The location of Piazza del Popolo was ideal: within walking distance of great places to eat - great restaurants, handy cafes/bars - and good shopping. We loved the nearby Museo dell'Ara Pacis which offered a different view of Rome.

Fantastic apartment and location

Marta’s place was perfect in so many ways. We were a group of three couples and it was so nice to have our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. I think our favor was having breakfast on the terrace as well as and evening drink with appetizers. The washing machine was a bonus since Rome was a middle stop for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cafe for the mornings and appliances that made it easy to make breakfast for ourselves. I found the beds to be comfortable and linens clean and fresh. Plenty of towels was much appreciated. The bedrooms were roomy and each had great views. I couldn’t ask for a better location. We had easy access to the metro and found a few little shops to pick up breakfast supplies and snacks. We enjoyed walks through the nearby parks and easy access to the local sites. Marta was so easy to communicate with any questions that I had before we arrived. We had no issues while there. Highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely apartment in a great location

From the very start Marta was extremely helpful, a few months after the booking we had our flight schedules changed by the airline and Marta was quick to amend our booking accordingly. Marta met us on arrival and we left our luggage at the apartment in advance of our check in time so we could start our sightseeing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had lots of additional extras that made it a real home from home. Marta supplied a welcome pack of essential supplies and treats on our arrival. The apartment was in a great location, just 15 to 20 minutes walk from all the best know attractions and there was a great variety of bars and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Rome Andy Oliver
