« This was a perfect spot for the two of us. It was in a quiet, clean neighborhood and centrally located for the places we were interested in. It was close enough to the Riverfront Museum, the Luthy Botanical Gardens, and several nice eating spots. It was exactly as indicated with 2 bedrooms, a good-sized living room, and a clean kitchen which was well stocked. However, breakfast was the only time we ate at the house. Rick was very responsive to emails, was very helpful, and anticipated questions...

« We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...
