« Clean room, arrived after 1:00 am and we were provided a room by an elevator and breakfast area ( even though in the notes we requested top floor when we paid for the room online). We were somewhat disappointed at first because we thought we wonât have a good sleep due to breakfast and an elevator noise. « Hi, I wanted to formally report several serious issues with Room 212 during our stay from May 27th through May 29th at the Ramada in Medford, Oregon.
Upon arrival, we found the frame around the door where the security latch/chain should be was ripped off. The security hardware itself is also not properly secured to the wall. The screws currently used are too short and do not appear to anchor into the wood framing, creating a safety and security concern.

« Overall it was a nice stay for a quick overnight while on a roadtrip. The bed was comfy and we didnât hear street noise. It was quiet overall on property. It appears Marriott has bought it out and trying to do some much needed improvements. Breakfast was a little on the colder side but nothing was a deal breaker.
