« My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

« We loved our stay, very clean!! We did have a minor hiccup,not a big deal. Carrie always answered my questions speedily. Our dogs enjoyed their stay also. The decor was amazing. I enjoyed looking around at all the things that were in the cabinets and on shelves. We didn't use the porch as much as I thought we would, mainly because of the weather. We took in many of the attractions and I would definetly recommend The Feed Co. Table & Tavern. The food was delicious and the service was great. »

« Check in and check out procedures very easy. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of sleeping options. Home very cozy, and location ideal. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again :) »

« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! « The townhome is adorable and super clean. Shannan has stocked the townhouse with everything you may need and more. She was so easy to communicate with and had great suggestions. Make sure you check out the house manual for great restaurants and local info. The location was perfect for us from the restaurants that were walking distance (literally across the street) to being centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit during our trip. « The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
