„Property has 2 areas, the one was a quiet adult only spot and it was awesome. Place was very clean, close to everything in the “downtown” area, restaurants, shops etc. We were right on the beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels were clean and available everyday! A coupe of things we didn’t like…. Room has laundry, after first night we had to ask for more detergent every time we went to use it. Second they are stingy with towels. „The resort has become very family friendly recently, and filled with young families. Not the quiet resort it used to be.“

Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. „Pool was very small with limited seating. Property is not on the beach. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Manager running around while waitstaff did nothing.“

„An amazing place to relax and swim. Best view from the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Had no housekeeping day 1 and daily service replaced some not all towels. Elevators shared w/maintenance & cleaning crew which caused delays. For a 5star place they have some rough edges but overall a beautiful stay, “

„We booked a room for a party of 5 - and also had to pay extra charge for the 5th person. But the room only provided sleeping for 4 - sofa had no bedware on. Since we checked in late, nobody at the reception - no way to fix this. On the next day - checking out - they were not willing to compensate and reduce the rate by the 5th person charge. Overall highly overpriced for what you get; also considering high price levels in TC“
