Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). « Really nice open area for the kids to explore. The hosts were very accommodating and helped out with additional requests and even introduced our kids to the horses.
