I feel they should have moved us to another room at the time our ceiling was compromised.We had a problem communicating due to poor cable service . « The condition of the entire apartment is poor. The bathroom tub was clogged. We informed the host immediately. But she failed to reply until a day later. And we were told the problem would not be able to solved before we checked out. So we took shower in bathtub with dirty water clogged during our entire stay. »

« We just stayed here over April vacation. The property was well maintained and very clean. The location is great, super close to the pool and the pond. The owner was responsive and wonderful to work with. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you may need. The beds were comfortable and have soft, cozy bedding. It was a bonus that it is pet friendly - it was so nice to have our dog, Lucy, join us on our weekend away! »

« Great location. Up three flights of stairs but once there, we enjoyed our area above others. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after being on a beautiful lake fishing.We had a couple requests for our boat and traier that were not offered and Shirley took care of our needs and accommodated us as best as she could. Great communication as well. Very easy check-in and we had our keys in hand with a map and apleasant smile within minutes of our arrival. »

« The room was so clean, comfy and just what we needed. The amenities were endless and would be perfect for all ages! The only reason we didn’t rate this 5 stars was the air conditioner had the most annoying high pitch sound coming from it, and the thermostat didn’t work, it only let us put the temp up and down, so we were unable to shut it off! Views were amazing, especially from our room. There’s a little river out back of the lodge that’s super peaceful. There are 3 restaurants and shops feet...
