The house was comfortable and functional for all of our needs. 1 stand out was the game room that the kids LOVED!! „Stunning place with a consistent vibe. Unplug, be present in nature, unbelievable views. We were the only guests at the location that night and everything was perfect. We cooked a small meal on the BBQ, looked up at the amazing night sky, made a fire in the wood stove because it got chilly out, used the electric blanket and watched the sunset. „I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. “

The kitchenette/dining area could have been alottle better equipped, i.e. a larger trashcan and simple supplies like paper towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day.“
