« very clean house, the neighbors are quiet and i assume friendly (didn’t see them for the 3 days we were there) there were tons of accommodations including but not limited to feminine hygiene products, shower essentials, soap, water, cleaning products, etcthe host was very accommodating and even shipped me the prescription glasses i left at the house! plenty of room for the dog and teenage son to run around and have some privacy »

« Starting with the outside…pictures showed well maintained exterior with large outdoor patio and lots of furniture but every piece of furniture was covered in spiderwebs, dust, tree debris and clearly nothing had even been swept off. « This was a great place to harbor during our spring break stay in Hot Springs. While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor...
