The Blue Barn

Welcome to The Blue Barn, a beautiful countryside retreat near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, offering spacious accommodation, wonderful outdoor facilities and the perfect setting for a relaxing escape with family and friends.



The heart of the home is its open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining utility room. Two snug rooms provide additional spaces to unwind, with one featuring a log burner for relaxing evenings and the other offering a projector, perfect for family movie nights.



Upstairs, the property boasts four comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. The bedrooms include a super-king-size bed, a king-size bed and two double beds. With three bathrooms, two featuring both a shower and bathtub, plus a separate WC, the house is well suited to larger groups and families.



Outside, the extensive garden is designed for enjoying time together, with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a fantastic outdoor kitchen complete with a pizza oven, barbecue, ceramic grill and drinks fridge. Prepare delicious meals in the fresh air before relaxing in the private wood-fired hot tub or discovering the hidden wood cabin with its own decking, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the garden surroundings. A large driveway provides convenient parking.



The property is ideally placed for exploring Tunbridge Wells, from the historic Pantiles with its independent shops, cafés and restaurants to the beautiful grounds of Dunorlan Park. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the woodland trails at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest or visit Bewl Water for scenic walks and waterside activities.



Further afield, discover the historic gardens of Scotney Castle, explore Hever Castle or venture into the stunning High Weald countryside. After a day of exploring, return to The Blue Barn to enjoy the outdoor kitchen, unwind in the hot tub or settle into one of the cosy snug rooms for a relaxing evening.



Please note:

- Guests will need to provide their own set of logs for the hot tub. Please allow up to 6 hours for the hot tub to heat up.

- The garden is not fully fenced. Children and pets must be monitored at all times.
