"L'hôtel est idéalement placé à l'aéroport. La chambre de 4 est spacieuse avec 2 vrais grands lits confortables. En revanche, il y a de la moquette dans les couloirs empêchant les valises de rouler correctement. Il n'y avait que 2 serviettes dans notre chambre de 4 personnes et impossible de joindre quelqu'un par téléphone pour nous en faire apporter."

"Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la Hauptbahnhof, peut être un peu loin des quais cela dit (30 mn a pied) cœur vivant de Hambourg. L hotel est plutôt agréable ancien sans être vieillot, chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Petit dej diversifié, de qualité sans être exceptionnel ms abondant en tout. Un bon séjour !"

"Un très bon hôtel, très bien situé, en face de la gare, ce qui est utile. L'hôtel est propre, l'accueil très cordial et les chambres complètes. Salle de bain spacieuse, lit plutôt agréable et les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées car il peut y'avoir du bruit dans le quartier de la gare parfois, tard dans la nuit. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner."
