« This is an outstanding place to stay in the Ft Smith area. If you ride the Arkansas Missouri rail to Van Buren, it would be worth the Uber or car rental. Hosts are eager to communicate with you. You won’t be disappointed if you like drinking your morning coffee on the front porch of your private rustic but very comfortable log cabin. »

« The hotel was clean and our stay was good. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, which it said slept 4 people. I put on the original reservation that there would be 3 adults, but another person decided to stay with us, which made 4 adults. When I checked in, the person at the desk said she would have to charge for the extra person, which turned out to be a little over $12. I was unaware that they charged per person. I thought the room charge that...

« Absolutely loved each and every employee we interacted with. They were all so welcoming and so sweet. The room was perfect for our family. The amenities worked for us perfectly. We had no issues with parking or rooms. The breakfast was delicious! The sweet lady that passes out different foods is the best! My children loved her and the front desk people. Everyone really was so kind to us. They answered any and all questions we had and made the whole stay smooth and easy. 100/100! »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »
