« Great location for a course I was attending and close to shopping centre and restaurants. Room was clean, spacious, and beautiful! Only thing I would suggest is that it would be nice to have a fridge in the room⊠other than that can fault the Market House! »

« The only thing is that the appartments are close to bars and restaurants and some nights were noisy because of people being loud.
Other than that our stay was much appreciated. »
« Superb hospitality here and the staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. For those travelling by train, it takes about 25-30mins to walk into the centre of Reading, but is only 10 mins by bus and these are frequent. I stayed here on a work trip. I would have liked a bath to relax into at the end of a long day, but I guess you can't have everything! »
« Simple, efficient. Nice room. We only stayed one night, as it was a family party that we travelled to. Hotel seemed to be empty/almost empty when we stayed. »

Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would...
