"Would definitely not recommend staying there. The staff is lost although polite and nice, but have no idea what customer service is about and entails. It took four emails and a phone call to arrange something as simple as an airport pick-up so the stay certainly did not start on a high note. No hot water in the room the last night/last morning of the stay. No room upgrade that was supposedly part of the "Hotels.com Gold Member Perks", though room availability was evident on their website. For my last night, I stayed at "5 Swiss Hotel" nearbly: half the price for a cleaner room, working shower, and much nicer staff."

"The Heaven est ma résidence a chaque déplacement sur Kigali tout les mois. Juste une remarque le wifi défaillant a la Villa pour la seconde fois en deux séjour, ce qui pose un problème aux clients professionnels comme moi nécessitant d'être connecté. A part cela tout est parfait"
