Four couples stayed at Adelante for three days. The house was perfect with large gathering spaces and private bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. We spent time both indoors and outside just hanging out and for meals. The location was convenient to Garner State Park, the Frio, and restaurants. Derek and Michelle were very responsive hosts. The info they provided on the house and the area was super helpful. We’ll definitely stay at Adelante if we return to the Concan area!

We rented this property for a reunion of four families. We all agreed that we had a really great time. The property is gorgeous. We have plenty of spaces to hang around, for kids and adults. We used the pool (heated) and hot tub a lot. The firepit is a hit for smores and volleyball court is a definitely a plus. The kitchen and refrigerator are spacious, allowing our group to cook all of our meals during the stay. We appreciated the bathroom in every bedroom for each family privacy. The communication with the host is excellent, always prompt responses. We truly had a great time and enjoyed this property a lot, wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are in the area!

Our stay was great? Beautiful location, River was down so not much water in it. The house was very nice. We had problem with the hot tub but owner Derick replied immediately and the heater could not be fixed until after our stay. The bathroom showers in all rooms could be cleaner one had a wasp nest in it and the liner shower curtains were dirty on the bottoms. Some showers drained slow. Overall it was a Great Stay.

We planned a weekend dove hunt, with our large group. House was everything as advertised, & more. Very comfortable, & plenty big enough to handle a large group. I love that every bedroom had multiple beds & a bathroom. Very nice & clean as well.

Wonderful place to get away and have true tranquility! House is perfect, with lots to do. Outdoor area and pool were a great way to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. We saw many deer in the mornings, while we enjoyed our coffee. The host was quick to respond with any issues we had. Highly recommend this home

Very impressed with this home and the attention to details. When you walk into the home the first thing you notice is how open and gorgeous the home is. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and anything you need for cooking and serving. We really appreciated the extra coffee pots and Keurig as we had a large group with different coffee tastes. The bedrooms are split 2 on one side of the house and 3 on the other and each bedroom has a private bathroom. It was so nice to have that extra privacy. I saved the best for last, the outdoor space! I cannot say enough of how absolutely perfect it is. Right as you walk out the back door you are under a huge spacious covered patio that has a 8 chair dining area, a patio sofa set and table, and a bar to sit at. The bar/outdoor kitchen was very nice and clean. If there was one thing I would recommend it would be a bigger ice machine, but even that was not a huge deal because at the end of the street is a very convenient drive thru barn that has drinks and ice. There were multiple sitting areas outside, our favorite was the fire pit area. It is perfect for making smores with the kiddos or sitting in the comfy adirondak chairs relaxing and looking at the stars. We never had to leave the property because the pool was a perfect way to beat the heat. Of note, the pool has easy access if you have someone in your group that needs help entering.Do yourself a favor and book Adelante,I promise you it will be your favorite vacation rental!

Great house wonderful place to stay, we have have stayed here the last 4 out of 5 years the upgrades and renovations y’all have made to it are great. The new washer , dryer , stove and especially the refrigerator are amazing upgrades, the outside ice machine , fire pit and corn hole are a nice touch also. One of the biggest selling points for us picking this house is the convenience of a full bathroom in each bedroom. And of course the pool and hot are wonderful.

Beautiful home, very comfortable style. Best thing about it was having a bathroom in each bedroom. Very well taken care of. Pool & hot tub was fantastic. Outdoor kitchen made meal time easy & fast. So many amenities to list!!! We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended this home.

This was perfect for our family reunion with 20 people! Kitchen ( indoor & out) was perfect for our needs. The younger kids( 20-40) enjoyed being close to the Home Pasture for great entertainment & we all loved being close to the river. The salt water pool was a great hit with all!

We've stayed in several homes in this area and chose Adelante for our family vacation this year for several reasons. The images and video in the listing were precisely what we were looking for with the large kitchen and living area and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is exactly as shown in the video and pictures. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival and we were given early access which worked out great with our schedule. Derek was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect and right next to House Pasture which meant we could walk there for the Saturday night concert! The pool and patio are perfect for kids since a gate surrounds the pool. We felt the kids were always safe. Thank you again Derek for your hospitality! We hope to be back again soon.

We shared this home between two families and the layout was great: kids on one side and grownups on the other! Each room having a bathroom was so convenient. Large home but yet plenty of privacy! Tons of room for people to relax and plenty of places to sit. Lots of prep space in the kitchen and the extra large fridge was a nice perk. The pool was a hit with the kids and the grownups loved the spa. Super close to Garner and we did spend one afternoon there playing in the river. We saw deer, a badger and a hawk! The house was very clean and the host was so responsive! Would highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

We rented this property along with 2 other families over spring break so that we could explore the area together during the day and the adults could spend time together after the kids went to bed. We had a wonderful experience. The property is very clean and set up well to accommodate multiple families. Each room has its own bathroom which is a major perk. We spent a lot of our time in the amazing outdoor space using the fire pit while the kids played in the pool. The owners were very quick to reply to any question we asked and instructions regarding the property were very simple and clear. Definitely recommend this property! Cons? We had a great experience and would definitely go back. If I had to name a con it would be the property has extremely hard water out of the tap. When we come back we will definitely bring our own bottled water to drink.
