„Brought my Boy Scout Troop to Concan/Frio River as a mystery “surprise” campout. They had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and other games the property had to offer. Spent a great day at the Frio, which is 5min away by car. Plenty of room to house and feed our group of 18. Property was just as advertised. Host was very responsive. Will return here for certain!“

The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). „My family had a great trip in Concan near the Frio River for a one week stay in June! We range in ages from 4 to 84 years old. The house was amazing and perfect for our large family to spread out when needed but to also come together for dinners and games. We had plenty of beds (which were super comfortable), and the main living area had plenty of seating for all 16 of us with room to spare.
