« We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. A huge plus was that every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it extra convenient for our group.The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything around the home was well thought out and easy to use, and they even provided a website with plenty of helpful information in case we had any questions.The pool was perfect for relaxing and added so much to our trip....

« We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). The outdoor space was the best part. The pool/hot tub with the outdoor kitchen and bbq pit was perfect. If I had any questions about anything the host responded immediately. « This property is fantastic and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Derek and Lauren are kind, gracious, and very responsive! There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend....

« The pictures give you a great idea of the property. The house was very clean and the A/C kept the house very cool. The house sits in a great location in Sabinal. Definitely will use this place again next time I am in Sabinal. »

« Very clean and cozy. Right next to the highway and less than a 10 minute drive to Garner State Park and even closer to some great places to eat. My wife enjoyed herself which is the most important thing to have happen. Thank you! »

« August 2025 family vacation was great the whiskey mountain Valley Cabins were amazing from check in to check out. Check-in was a breeze. The owners made it very easy and very straightforward with how to check in, they even let us know if that the cabin was ready way before our check in. The kitchen was great. They were fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans they provided a coffee maker and microwave. Everything was great. The cabin was literally like in their description just minutes away...

« I booked 2 days at the Uvalde side of the duplex. It was a spontaneous trip, and I was relieved at how easy it was to book our stay. It was my first time using VRBO, so I was a little hesitant…but everything went great! The property was beautiful! We loved the cozy feel. The property was close to Garner State Park, which was a plus for us. The host was very precise/clear with the check-in and check-out procedures.
