The heating of the jacuzzi and/or pool is not included in the base price but varies by season. Please ask for details. A BBQ is available if you are more of an outdoor gourmet! There is plenty of space indoors for play and activities. Games, cards, juggling, puzzles for all ages, an oversized smart t.v., a large array of books, cookbooks, etc... Adults and supervised children can play piano on the stunning electric baby grand piano. This property feels like a private oasis in the middle of the city.
A private gate encloses the front yard at night and the large back yard is completely enclosed . An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera faces the entrance/entry pathway for extra security.
