"The bed was very very good!!! The room was clean except the bedside phone which was dirty and did not work! There were no directions how to operate the t.v. The hotel is in a sketchy location. I was in an interior room with one window which was frosted…so it wasn’t very enjoyable!!!"

"Flooring (carpet) is not good. It looks dirty. That is my only complaint. You should give Amy a bonus and then a big raise. She seems to wear a few hats. She seems alway happy and seems to love her job. The perfect employee. I might struggle to steal her from you to work my front desk at my mortgage ..."
