Located in Saint-Alban, only a few minutes from Erquy, Pléneuf-Val-André and Sables-d'Or-les-Pins (Fréhel municipality), this 180 m² stone house accommodates up to 10 guests. Its layout suits holidays with family or friends, with several areas for spending time together without feeling cramped.

On the ground floor, the spacious living room includes sofas, armchairs and a dining table for 10 guests. A second lounge area includes sofas, armchairs, a television, library, books and board games. The open kitchen is equipped for everyday holiday meals with an oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, French press, kettle, toaster, electric mixer and kitchen utensils.

Sleeping arrangements include:

The house includes a bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin on the ground floor, as well as a shower room with shower and toilet upstairs. A utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron makes group stays easier to organise. A high chair, travel cot, baby bath and changing mat are also available.

Outside, the furnished terrace includes a dining table for 10 guests, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers. The south-facing enclosed garden is well suited to outdoor meals and quieter breaks after days out.

Parking is available in front of the house.

Shops and the town centre are approximately 3.5 km away. The Pléneuf-Val-André golf course is approximately 5.4 km away and the Val-André beaches approximately 5.5 km from the property. The location makes it easy to combine beach days, coastal walks and exploring the Côte de Penthièvre.
