« This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced. The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should...

« This was a wonderful experience for a family of 3, but the place provides accommodations for up to 12, including the 2 really cute guesthouses. Gorgeous property especially the gardens, and the outdoor space including the private pool and gazebo. Beach right in front is essentially private as well, we never saw anyone else there. Can beach/swim right there, also snorkel (suboptimal like elsewhere in Nevis). The house itself, while not luxurious in amenities, is very clean, functional and well...

« This property was as described. It had plenty of room, was clean, and had spectacular views. The property is convenient to Cockleshell Beach/Reggae Beach and is near the water taxi to Nevis. « Koi Villa is an incredible property! We had a group of 12 and enjoyed our week in St. Kitts. This property is right on the Atlantic Ocean. We had a breeze that blew constantly keeping you cool and no problems with bugs. The island of St. Kitts has terrific people and food. Our group has traveled throughout the Caribbean and St. Kitts is a favorite.Call Keneshia the Guest Services Manager and reserve this property! »
