The Space:

769 Marlin Drive is a five-bedroom, four-bath oceanfront home located on the north end of Fripp Island. With multiple living spaces, several outdoor areas, and sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests, the home works well for families and larger groups. Beach access is just a short walk from the property.



The main level includes a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space for preparing meals for a group. Two dining areas provide additional seating, and the nearby living room offers a comfortable place to gather, watch TV, or relax after a day outside.



Three bedrooms are located on the main level. One bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, another has two twin beds, and the third has a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the back deck.



Upstairs, a loft area with a queen sleeper sofa provides a second living space as well as additional sleeping accommodations. Two more bedrooms are located on this level. One guest bedroom has a full-size bed and twin bed along with a window seating area.



The upstairs primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and its own balcony overlooking the ocean. The primary bathroom includes a separate shower and soaking tub. A window seating area in the bedroom provides another spot to enjoy the ocean view.



Outdoor space is a major part of the home. The large wraparound back deck provides plenty of room for the group to spend time outside and includes a gas grill for cooking. The primary bedroom's private balcony provides an additional outdoor area on the second floor.



A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for guest use, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.



769 Marlin Drive is close to Ocean Point Golf Course and other north-island amenities. The nearby beach access provides access to the beach throughout the day, while the included golf cart makes it easy to reach pools, restaurants, the marina, golf courses, and other areas around Fripp Island.



A four-seat golf cart is included with the rental, excluding monthly rentals.



Up to 13 Fripp Island Resort guest cards are also included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.
