« Property manager was exceptional. She was responsive almost immediately. This house was perfect for 5-6 people. It’s very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from convenience stores and downtown Kearney. Wish we would have known about it a long time ago! »

« Great place to meet up for a girlfriend week at MSQC. Friends from coast to Rocky Mountains meet to visit Hamilton MO. Hamilton quilt museum was great, worth the time seeing the history. Fun time shopping. The Gingerbread house was perfect for friends to hang out and catch up on old time and tell stories. »

The host was so gracious, communicated well with us, and had the home well stocked. It's a very peaceful place for a getaway. »

« Clean, centrally located condo in St. Joseph. It was perfect for our needs for a short visit to family in St. Joe. Our host David was communicative and accessible, although we had little need to reach him as everything was well organized and clear. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting the area. »

« We loved our stay here. The house is fantastic. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen as well as on the gas grill outside. Everyone had a space to relax. I especially enjoyed the outdoor space. In addition, the house is beautifully decorated. Marty and Kerry were very helpful.They reached out when our son left something behind. We look forward to renting this home again. »

« Sit by the River, listen to the birds, watch the eagles, feel the breeze, and have access to lots of great restaurants, all kinds of music, shopping and historic sites. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi and Roku TV. Very clean, and if you’re lucky you might get to meet a sweet dog named Finn. If you want an “upscale” resort with amenities this is probably not your spot, but we LOVED it! Thanks, Anthony for being a thoughtful host. 😊 »
