The owner was very responsive and got me into contact with the property manager. An email or message in advance regarding the check in process would be great as well as a binder with instructions for the property ie do not drink the water, trash goes here, recycling here, codes for gates etc. ...

„Just needs a little more attention to the condo. The in laws had another one condo upstairs w/ same floor plan that was so much better decorated and furnished. Living room tv, washer and ice maker needs some attention. Could be so much better but still nice overall. Great oceanfront view and service from the front desk. „The Property has a great terrace, pool and air conditioner. However, as we needed help, because we had no electricity 2 times and no water once, we couldn't reach anybody on both phone numbers we got! No one answered the other contact possibility we had: email! Expedia itself had also no possibility to contact anybody! And there is no reception or so. Besides of this, it is a really great spot to stay on that lovely island!“
