« I do not recommend booking this property.The apartment has serious maintenance problems and should not be rented in its current condition. During my stay, there were repeated hot water issues, including several hours without hot water and very unstable water temperature. The electricity also went out during storms, leaving the apartment without power, A/C, and normal use for hours.There were also major pest problems. « First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. « My son and I stayed for two nights while attending the St Pete Grand Prix. The Apartment was clean with plenty of linens and kitchen items for us. The location was quiet and we enjoyed the deck. The host was very responsive and the neighbors very friendly. In St Pete, this was a terrific value. We would stay here again. »

« The place amazing but I did find a big roach coming out the room drawer on the first night…mind you we hadn’t put anything in the drawers our stuff was kept in our travel bags… Promise this did not travel with us, just so you kept this in hand for a fumigation. But I love this apt!! It’s amazing!!! »
