« The room was clean but smelled like mildew. I booked a room with a queen bed, but the room only had a full bed that was not very comfortable and was squeaky. There were cute roosters everywhere but they cockadoodle-do-ed all night long. The a/c couldn't keep up, was sweating all night. It was quite a climb to the restaurant and lobby from our room. Not many things other than the one restaurant, pool, hot tub, but everything was in good order. The view from the room balcony was nice. And...

« Over all our stay was decent, the shower is MESSED up. One day you shower and the water gets boiling hot every 30 seconds to where you gotta get out. then the next day it wouldn’t even get hot. Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice. »

« We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. « It didn't have a refrigerator in side the room. 2. If you needed Ice you would have to climb 2 flight of stair. They should have one on each floor.However the staff members was willing to get it for me on to separate occasion The staff was pretty friendly if you needed somethinthey came right away. « My first impression of the hotel was somewhat disappointing. Although the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, his appearance was unprofessional. His pants were worn extremely low, giving the impression that he was not wearing underwear. I expected more professionalism.
