« We loved our penthouse , even it had some flaws!!..The food at the Restaurant, the pool ,gym and other areas were really nice ,but like with all buildings ( historical wise) you can see in some areas the 'teeth of time' have left their signs !!..We were challenged with all those climbing stairs, several times a day, where we had to ger to the pool,restaurant or gym 🏋️‍♂️ but we made it...and if you like to walk around a bit , to the Pablo Market , you need to be good to foot!!..If tou can get...

« The front desk staff on check in tried to charge us when we had bought a package through Expedia. She was not kind our compassionate nor did she foster any connection to us at check in. We alerted the front desk about fecal material in the pool and on the pool deck. The poop on the pool deck could be clearly seen from our hotel window and in spite of alerting the front desk staff both by phone and direct conversation at front desk it remained on pool deck until our check out. Our room did not...
