« Personnel à la réception rude et pas avenant….panne d’eau dans tout l’hôtel et pas de plan B pour l’eau….on m’a dit qu’on vendait dans la machine distributrice des bouteilles d’eau a 2 $…manque de personnel au restaurant…. »

« The staff was great, check in that day was very busy but the staff remained friendly and professional. The room was a nice size and all face the beach, bed was comfortable, and overall the room was clean. It is an older hotel yet well maintained. The pool is salt not chlorine and I love that. It also goes to 7 feet deep. I do a lot of solo traveling and felt safe on the grounds. I would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to St. Thomas. »

« Room were clean but bathrooms only fair. The hotel/resort is a good ride from downtown and can be expensive to run back and forth. Service In the restaurants was only fair. Pool area is cool »
