Situated along Allenhayes Road, it is a perfect blend of tranquility and practicality (private parking on a shared driveway) but all within walking distance of the independent shops, restaurants and beautiful waterfront.

An outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue and planted borders is a great place to enjoy a drink or supper on a balmy evening.

Climbing up the steps to your front door, you will enter into a beautifully bright open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with wooden floors throughout. The cool factor is high with stylish cushions, modern dining chairs and full height arched windows at either end of the room.
