We absolutely loved staying at this cottage. It is so well done! When we arrived, we walked into an immaculately clean, nicely decorated home with all the amenities needed. The front yard is beautiful; the neighborhood is great. It is centrally located near shops, restaurants, parks and wineries. Heather, the owner, was wonderful to work with. If we ever return to Salem, this will be our go to place. We loved it.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting family. It was pretty central to a lot of attractions and basic needs and was cozy as well. The only criticism I have is needing black out or at least darker curtains in one of the bedrooms. We had to get creative at night so we wouldnât get woken up by the early rising sun. But other than that, great stay.
A very charming, comfortable, and quiet place to stay wit everyone one needs to enjoy Salem. I highly reccommend the cottage, especially for those who love nature and history
Heather's place was great for our work trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. As it was a vintage house, we really appreciated the updated bathroom, kitchen and fireplace. Very comfortable - especially the bed!
Such a cute place. Nice and clean too. Would have been exceptional but the mattress in one room was not comfortable. Owner made aware of it and is already planning to address the issue which I respect.
Heather and Daveâs property was perfect for checking out Salem and surrounding communities. Close to downtown and capital; and great for short drives to McMinnville, Albany, Corvallis, and others. The house was comfy and they were prompt on answering questions and providing suggestions. Great neighborhood for walking. Highly recommend.
